My Grandma Ben ships domestically within Australia and internationally.
Domestic shipping within Australia is currently free for orders over $75.
Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $75. Packages up to 0.5kg will incur a shipping fee of $7.75. Packages between 0.5kg and 2kg will incur a shipping fee of $11.95. Packages that weigh over 5kg will incur a shipping fee of $18.00. This will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
We use Sendle and Mailman within Australia to ship your purchases to make sure everything arrives to you safe and sound.
Not in Australia? That’s okay! We will happily ship your package to you internationally. International packages are shipped via Australia Post and will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00.
Please note, this international shipping fee does not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer who has made the purchase.
Purchases made online will be processed and packed from our shop within 2 business days of receiving your order.
For deliveries within Adelaide, shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. For deliveries to other Australian metropolitan areas, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. All domestic deliveries will include a tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information sometimes takes up to 12 hours to be updated online before you can review the status of your package.
For international orders, shipping will take 5-15 business days. Delivery time for international orders may vary due to customs and processing systems in transit and destination country.
Please note that tracking will be available if it is supported by the relevant postal partner in your country.
My Grandma Ben recommends that customers provide a secure shipping address for all purchases made online. My Grandma Ben bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Terms & conditions
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from My Grandma Ben – so if something isn’t quite as you thought it would be, you are welcome to return any product/s purchased to us within 7 days.
All full priced products are eligible for a full refund, exchange or My Grandma Ben online store credit. Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase from original customer, be in a new and unused condition, have any tags still attached and be in original packaging.
Unfortunately, sale products are not eligible for refund on change of mind purchases. If a product is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us directly.
For online returns
If you would like to return a product you purchased from our online store, please send us an email, including your order number, to arrange. If eligible and in accordance to the above terms and conditions, we will offer you a full refund or online store credit if shipped back to us within 7 days of the date you received your delivery.
You will be responsible for returning any product/s to us via a secure shipping method. We advise that you send your return with tracking and insurance, as My Grandma Ben cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit.
If you would like to exchange for another product (subject to availability), you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Returns for online purchases will be processed within 2 business days of receiving, with any payment refunded to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original or return shipping costs.
You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. Online purchases can also be returned to us in-store.

For in-store returns
If you would like to return a product you purchased from our Bowden store, please bring it back to our store with your receipt within 7 days of purchase. If this is not possible for any reason, please get in touch with us directly.
