Make Your Own Kimchi, The Vego Way! (Wednesday 3 October, 6pm)
Korean kimchi is loved all around the world for its irresistible fizz, tang and spice. But have you ever thought to make it yourself at home?! Turning an unassuming cabbage into a fermented flavour fest is easier than you might think, and the uses for cooking with kimchi at home are endless.

We’ll then show you how to make two quick, easy and delicious meals out of kimchi, including dumplings and kimchi pancakes. You’ll leave wondering why you haven’t been making your own kimchi for years!
