The fine print
The recipient of this gift voucher will be able to book into any of our upcoming Seasonal Pickling & Fermenting Workshops (all valued at $70), subject to availability in the class. We usually offer one workshop per month, so there should be no problems finding a time that suits. All workshop dates are listed here. Workshop dates for the first half of 2020 will be uploaded to our website in early January 2020. Customers are welcome to book into other classes and pay the difference if required.
We are more than happy to post a physical gift voucher to you or straight to the recipient of this gift - just make sure the correct postage address is used in the checkout process. If you'd prefer to pick up the gift voucher in-store at our Bowden eatery or for one to be emailed to you, please get in touch with your order number and we will sort it out for you.

About the workshops
In this 2.5 hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn all the tips and tricks needed to start pickling and fermenting like a pro from your own kitchen. Pickling and fermenting are great ways to preserve a haul of delicious, seasonal fruit and veg to continue enjoying throughout the year.
From pickling peak season vegetables to maximise flavour to making a classic sauerkraut, you’ll leave this workshop with the confidence to turn anything from your spring market haul into something remarkable!
