For all My Grandma Ben Pickle Co order enquiries, please email pickleco@mygrandmaben.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please reply to the order confirmation email you received as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.

Shipping & Delivery Information

My Grandma Ben Pickle Co ships Australia wide. Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box address. We cannot ship overseas, but keep your eyes peeled for international shipping coming soon! 

Shipping costs are calculated from the weight of your purchase and your delivery location. This is calculated at the checkout. All online orders are also available for local pickup from our Bowden café. Simply select local pickup at the checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All online orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from when you receive your confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped. 

If processing your order is in any way delayed from the above timeframe (during busy seasons like Christmas), we will send you another email to inform you. 

We use Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service, to safely ship your pickles to you.

Adelaide Metro - 1-7 business days

Regional SA, VIC, ACT and NSW - 4-7 business days

QLD, NT, WA, TAS - 7-9 business days

Checking the status of my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Sendle tracking number via email. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to be updated. Every now and then there may be extended shipping delays that are out of our control. If this happens to your order, we will be in touch with you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding if this happens. 

If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us via email and have your order and tracking information handy. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us directly via email and we will help track your order.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be totally happy with your pickle purchases! If for any reason you need to return a purchase from My Grandma Ben Pickle Co, please send us an email with your order number and reason why you need to return an item. 

The full ingredients of all our products are listed under each item on our website, so please read these ingredients carefully before placing your order. 

Returns can be made if your item is unopened and unused, and if you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order. For change of mind returns, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. If you wish to exchange an item for something else, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost and place a separate order. 

Change of mind returns can be made in-store at our Bowden café, only after contacting us to arrange an appropriate time.

Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, you will receive a notification via email. If the return requirements above have been met, a refund will be provided. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purchases. A refund notification will be sent to you once processed onto your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed. If your refund is not displaying in your bank account within 7 business days of receiving an email notification, please contact us. 

Faulty or damaged items

Pickles are fragile goods! If your pickles or any other items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the delivered condition and contact us immediately via email with your order information and relevant photos. In the event of damaged goods, we are happy to either replace the damaged items at no cost to you, or provide a full refund.  

Our Shipping & Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping and returns, please get in touch via pickleco@mygrandmaben.com.
