You’re dressed in linen, nibbling charcuterie by a rugged Italian coastline. The pickled veg is crunchy, with a salty spray of fennel, oregano and chilli. CIAO! You’re actually on your couch, but this is a bloody good sanga.

Eat me:

  • Sandwiched in-between any good bread roll for the ultimate sanga
  • Chopped up and thrown over fresh Burrata cheese and drizzled with EVOO
  • Tossed through a tuna salad for a spicy, tangy crunch

Ingredients: Cauliflower, fennel, carrot, banana capsicum, celery, white vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, chilli, fennel seed, oregano.

Storage: After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 months. See bottom of jar for best before date.
